Commission Work
From time to time I accept assignments to produce a
specific artwork for a client. My rates and deadlines are
always negotiable.

Welcome!
Life is rarely a single path adventure. More often a
person finds t
hat life is a series of choices, each of
which sets into motion subsequent events. The
wonderful part is that ultimately there are many possible
good routes
. Each possibility is unique and each holds a
myriad of o
pportunities.

So, even though I could not have predicted this, it is my
great fortune at this point in my life to be serving as an
interpreter of life by painting, drawing, and printing.
What I find the most exciting and challenging is the
synthesis of related fields
:
My BA is from the University of Minnesota in
Music Theory and Composition.
For many years I owned a floral design
business in the Twin Cities.
I have gardened since I was a child and now
continue (as organically as possible) on a farm
an hour north of St.Paul.
My love for visual arts has always been strong
but an opportunity to create artwork for a
leading publisher rekindled my passion to
paint and draw.
